The initial number of operators that we accept will be small.
Initially 4-6 and no more than 10-12 commercial lending office operators in the beginning program.
Once we close applications we will not accept anymore into the current program. *We may open applications again in the future to replace an office or expand an area.
Why are we limiting participation? This is not a life of company decision, but it is our strategy in the immediate and near future.
20 or less is an optimal number to work with, big enough for volume and growth but small enough that everyone is still on a 1st name basis.
